Northern Neighbors Weekend is a welcoming, community-focused gathering created especially for our Canadian guests looking to spend a relaxed summer long weekend in the North Country.
This isn’t a packed itinerary—it’s about connecting with fellow campers, enjoying campfire conversations, and exploring the Adirondacks at your own pace. Expect a friendly atmosphere, easygoing days, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy being just across the border.
Whether you’ve visited before or this is your first trip south for the season, you’re warmly invited.

All RV types, campers, trailers, and tents are welcome. This weekend is designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and easy to enjoy.
Weekend Highlights:
While the final schedule will be shared closer to the event, you can expect:

Friday: Arrival, setup, and a casual welcome campfire

Saturday: Open time to explore local lakes, hikes, and towns, with an evening community gathering

Sunday: Relaxed day at the campground with plenty of time to gather around the fire with new friend

Monday: Coffee, goodbyes, and easy departures
